When I first met Karleen Grey, I was completely burned out, overwhelmed, stuck, and struggling with discouragement, stress, and anger. Karleen Grey is a disciple of Jesus Christ and a compassionate life Coach. She led me to the wonderful good news of salvation! It has been almost 9 years of her coaching me through my walk with the Lord and still ongoing. She is not only a Christ centered life Coach, but your friend and sister in Christ Jesus.

Karleen Grey has guide me in the faith, where she encouraged me to dig deep to examine certain areas of my life and to intentionally look at what I needed to initiate change. I needed a jump-start in my walk and I believe that the Lord used Karleen Grey to accomplish it. She gave me tools that have helped me grow immensely in my personal life, but especially in my relationship with Jesus. She has helped me in areas of marriage, family relationship and setting healthy boundaries. She is a compassionate individuals who approaches everyone with understanding.

I would say to anyone who is looking for a genuine, kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental voice during a confusing time to give Karleen Grey an opportunity before making any life changing decisions that would impact their life forever.
