When I met Karleen, my undergraduate degree program was only half finished. I had a million reasons to quit or postpone school, but she gave me reasons to continue.

At that time, I lost my job and had a difficult time maintaining steady employment. She always listened carefully to my concerns without seeming annoyed or overwhelmed and made the time to follow-up.

Here it is 4 years and a MBA degree later and she is still encouraging me while accomplishing her career goals.
